Order Claim Form
All order issues must be submitted by email to PrimitiveRecordings.com@gmail.com.
Include your order number in the subject line.
Claims must be reported within 3 calendar days of carrier delivery scan.
Include This Information
- order number
- customer name
- email address used at checkout
- issue type: wrong item received, damaged item, missing contents, package marked delivered but not received, or other
- clear written description of the issue
- photos of the outer package
- photos of the shipping label
- photos of all packaging materials
- photos of all contents received
- photos of the damaged item, if applicable
You must retain the item, package, label, and all packaging materials until the claim is resolved. Failure to provide documentation or retain packaging may result in denial of the claim.
False claims, false missing-package claims, abuse of the dispute process, or chargebacks filed without first contacting Primitive Recordings LLC may result in refusal of future orders and submission of evidence to the carrier, payment processor, and/or appropriate authorities.
