Refund, Return, and Order Claim Policy

All Sales Final

All sales are final.

Primitive Recordings LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, changed mind, wrong size selected by the customer, duplicate orders, disliked items, delayed carrier transit, or other non-defective issues.

Because we sell physical media, collectibles, apparel, limited-run merchandise, used/vintage items, and made-to-order items, returns are not accepted unless Primitive Recordings LLC determines that we shipped the wrong item or that an item arrived defective due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Once an order is processed, packed, printed, fulfilled, or handed to a carrier, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Approved cancellations may be subject to a restocking/admin fee.

Incorrect or Defective Item Claims

If Primitive Recordings LLC shipped the wrong item or made a fulfillment error, the customer must contact us within 3 calendar days of carrier delivery scan with:

• order number
• customer name and email
• clear photos of the item received
• clear photos of the packing materials and shipping label
• a description of the issue

Primitive Recordings LLC will review the claim and determine the appropriate remedy, if any. Remedies may include replacement, store credit, refund, carrier claim assistance, or denial of the claim.

Damaged Package or Missing Contents Claims

Damage or missing-content claims must be reported within 3 calendar days of carrier delivery scan.

The customer must provide:

• photos of the outer package
• photos of the shipping label
• photos of all packaging materials
• photos of all contents received
• photos of the damaged item, if applicable
• a clear written description of the issue

The customer must retain the item, package, mailer/box, and all packing materials until the claim is resolved. Failure to provide documentation or retain packaging may result in denial of the claim.

Primitive Recordings LLC will determine the appropriate remedy, if any, after reviewing the evidence.

Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

Primitive Recordings LLC is responsible for shipping the order to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address.

Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, carrier transit delays are outside Primitive Recordings LLC's control.

Once tracking shows the package was delivered to the shipping address, Primitive Recordings LLC is not responsible for theft, loss, misdelivery, building/mailroom issues, abandoned packages, or claims that the package was not received.

For high-value, international, suspicious, repeat-claim, or replacement orders, Primitive Recordings LLC may require signature confirmation, insurance, upgraded shipping, or may cancel/refund the order at our discretion.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance, and compliance with local import rules.

Primitive Recordings LLC is not responsible for customs delays, customs seizure, import refusal, abandoned packages, or packages returned because the customer failed to pay duties/taxes or complete import requirements.

Fraudulent Claims and Chargebacks

Fraudulent claims, false missing-package claims, false missing-item claims, abuse of the dispute process, or chargebacks filed without first contacting Primitive Recordings LLC may result in account cancellation, refusal of future orders, and submission of evidence to the payment processor, carrier, and/or appropriate authorities.

Primitive Recordings LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel future orders from customers with excessive claims, abusive behavior, suspected fraud, or prior chargebacks.
