Shipping Responsibility

Primitive Recordings LLC ships orders to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address.

Primitive Recordings LLC is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer.

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, carrier transit time is outside Primitive Recordings LLC's control.

Once tracking shows a package was delivered to the shipping address, the package is considered delivered. Primitive Recordings LLC is not responsible for theft, porch theft, mailroom issues, building/package-room problems, abandoned packages, misdelivery after delivery scan, or claims that a delivered package was not received.

For high-value, international, suspicious, repeat-claim, or replacement orders, Primitive Recordings LLC may require signature confirmation, insurance, upgraded shipping, or may cancel/refund the order at our discretion.

Damaged Packages

Damage claims must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery scan. The customer must provide clear photos of the package, label, packaging materials, damaged item, and all contents received.

The customer must retain all packaging and contents until the claim is resolved. Failure to provide documentation or retain packaging may result in denial of the claim.

Primitive Recordings LLC will review the claim and determine the appropriate remedy, if any.
