Canadian prog-tech death masters BEYOND CREATION break new ground with their highly-anticipated second album, Earthborn Evolution. Building on the formidable foundation laid by their debut, the Montreal-based quartet sharpen every facet of their musicianship—from blistering riffs and intricate rhythms to soaring solos that shift seamlessly into emotionally charged crescendos. Earthborn Evolution was recorded at The Grid Studio in Montreal, helmed by producer and engineer Christian Donaldson, with additional engineering support from Marco Frechette. All music and lyrics are penned by the band’s vocalist and guitarist Simon Girard, while guitarist Kevin Chartré, bassist Dominic Lapointe, and drummer Philippe Boucher round out the lineup—each contributing to the record’s dynamic arrangements.
